The successful candidate must be a visionary, articulate and energetic leader with progressive management experience in a human service organization – preferably with a child/family, faith-based, and non-profit focus. Qualifications include a minimum of a master’s degree in a human service, mental health, or administrative/management field.
Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the President/CEO is accountable for the organization’s day-to-day operation including programmatic, financial, church/public relations, and administrative activities, as well as long-range/strategic planning.
Annual salary range will start at $100,000 dependent on education and experience.

SARAH’S House is moving to a newly remodeled Keyser Main Street office.
Dawna began her journey as a Burlington social worker in 1996. Then in 2004, she advanced her career at Garrett County Department of Social Services where she continued to advocate for children. She was a proud mother of two sons and a grandmother to five grandsons that she adored. All children were the light of Dawna’s eye. She devoted her life to serving families in need. Her faith in Jesus Christ and passion for families she served made her a blessing and inspiration to everyone she met. Dawna’s presence will be deeply missed, but her legacy will never be forgotten.
We are honoring Dawna, who passed away earlier this year, by naming the new conference room after her. If you are interested in contributing to Dawna’s legacy, this would be an excellent opportunity. We were blessed for many years with dedicated Board of Trustees member Dick Niland. As a valued Keller Stonebraker Account Ececutive, the company wanted to do something on campus to recognize Dick's years of hard work, dedication and service.
Since he had a great love for basketball, an outdoor basketball court was a "No Brainer." Dick played the fast moving game while attending Piedmont High School. In his later years, he enjoyed coaching the "older" Piedmont guys.
We also want to thank Nathan Rice All Seasons Landscaping for putting on the finishing touches!
